hi chaps, anyone  looked at this tv jo47baird mlt199tl psu stuck in standby with a buzzing sound it's at a friends house at the minutes so done no tests at the minute, thanks for your time

Change  CA-17 (33nF/630V) in the centre of the PSU.Also check SMD diode Z-5 (Y8W) used zener 5V/400mA
