Hi Sam,

Disconnect the Main from the PSU. If the backlights come on and stay on, the main board is kaput.              Bruce

EARLYBIRD:
Hi. Main board faulty, you cannot upgrade the firmware as the set will not stay on long enough. New board required and they are not cheap. Regards Geoff
