Technical Lcd42-910 17PW01-4

Got a Technical 42" LCD here with the 17pw01-4 power supply. Seems to fire up straight away from cold but once on for a minute will not come out of standby. Standby light goes out for a second then back on.
Anyone had this problem before.

Chech 3 capacitors 470uF/16V and all capacitors 47uF/400V

Thanks Jordan for quick reply, I'm going to check it today as once on from cold it seems to run all day. Will have to order the 4x47uf I think.
