Sharp LC24LE155/156

Hi,
 In sharp LED tv Model No LC24LE155 & 156 , its SPI flash becomes repeatedly corrupt & set becomes unable to start. This problem occurs in many sets of same model. Is there any solution to prevent it from repeatedly happening.
