schematic needed please

PSU caps are usually the go with these + the 8 pin smd mosfet Q209 going short. Relay contacts can also cause it.

Thanks guys so far ive fully recapped the psu and replaced the 2 mosfets and ic in the 5v and 3.4 volt section although the psu now runs with no clicking and all the other voltages are fine still no 3.4 volts has anyone got a shematic for this psu 6709900016 B so we can try to fault find etc many thanks guys.
