Polaroid SSDV2311-I1-D0 SPI FLASH?

I have this Polaroid SSDV2311-I1-D0 23inch LED TV that just shows the Polaroid logo and reboots periodically. The remote is unresponsive as are the buttons after operating the standby button.
 There are two led screens for this model the flash I am after is for the V236BJ1-P01 screen chi mei/innolux.
 The spi flash is a 25Q64
 Main board is SSDV3241-ZC01-01 SIS288/289
 Been searching on the net for a while without any success.

Had a result £6 for a whole board for this TV including delivery from a seller on ebay!
