Blade Media BM8000 S2/T2 Combo HD

sorry fella's i know it's not a tv  i've got this blade box it's dead no display, i've tested the power supply 12 volts when disconnected from the main board, but when connected to the main board getting 3.4 volts so there seams an issue with main board, any info would be great thanks for your time, ps when i cooled around the opto the display came back on but  went off  came back on,
