toshiba 19dv555db no freeview available

Hi Guy's,I've got the above TV,which has lost free-view altogether.If try to select DTV with r/c using ATV/DTV button,you get a message stating free-view system error.If you try to select DTV in input section,you can highlight it,but set returns to previous input.I've looked in service mode,but no settings for freeview or factory reset.I think may be duff software,but if you go to the Toshiba site,sets not listed.Has any one had this fault?

Hi Jordan,thanks for your reply,can you tell me,can you fit a blank or does it need to be pre-programmed?My guess is pre programmed.

Toshiba sets had a problem with no freeview where you called Tosh service  0333 222 7111 and they would post you flashcard and adaptor as long as you posted it back
