toshiba 32RL938 stuck on logo

Hi all!

I'm an engeneering student and a friend gave me this TV (Toshiba 32RL938), saying it was broken (it is stuck on the red TOSHIBA logo, power led is green, does not react to any remote or keypad control).
I tried to find some informations online and I understood that I need the complete firmware (that I need to flash using an USB).

I tried to flash the official toshiba firmware, downloaded from their site, but with no luck.
I think I need this 3 files, that I could not find anywhere:

* RL938_946242_INIT_CLEAR
* RL_MBOOT_XXXXXX
* RL_MFC_XXXXXX
Can someone help me bring this TV back from the dead?  :73:
