Hi guy's,I've got the above Philips lcd set,which appears dead.There's no st-by light.A bit of an odd set doesn't appear to have any customer controls on the tv at all,just a remote.I've removed the back & found that the always 12 volts is low at just under 9 volts,this appears to got off to signal board,but no sign of power up or st-by volts from signals board back to psu,I presume this is because the 12volt already being low,which ever regulator on signals board produces the 5 & 3.3 volts is not functioning.
The smoothing caps are rated at 450 volts & have around 358 volts sat on them. Just wondered if anyones seen one of these sets with power fault.
