Help with an LG47LB650V please?

my LG47LB650V has recently not been powering up until about the 3rd time of cycling the standby button on the remote. Today it won't power-up at all.
I've checked for loose connections, domed Caps on the PSU board, all seems ok.
Has anyone seen this fault before? Any cure ideas?

Fault Description:
TV in Standby Red LED illuminated on steady,
Press power on Remote, LED flashes 7 times,
TV does not Power on.
LED Backlight doesn't come up.

Previously after trying power-cycling ~ 3 times TV would eventually boot up.

hi i'd check for dry joints on the psu or try some heat on the capacitors see if comes on quicker cheers
