Sony KDL-40W605B st-by light 3 flashes.

Hi guy's,I'm hoping someone might be able to help with this problem,either a circuit diagram or i.c. type.As soon as you plug the set in,it goes to three flashes. I've removed all the boards & checked all the Microscopic fuses,they are all intact. I've found a small five leg smd i.c burnt up location number ic 6506,it sits squarely between the two usb sockets.Also ic6503,below bottom usb,6503 is marked as follows:
