LG 50PZ550T Slow start up & cuts out on commercial channels.

Hi Guy's this baby hasn't landed as yet but will do soon.The customer say's that at switch on you hear  relay click,shortly followed by second click.This will go on for between 5 & 10 attempts & then set comes on& works all,unless watching commercial channels,at some stage this will trip TV off.
My guess & hope is most likely some caps in the PSU have reached the end of their day's.I don't think I've ever seen one of these models,so just wondered if anyone's had this problem in the past.

We've had similar problems with LGs in Aust. Only happens on RF input, one commercial channel in particular. TV will repeatedly go off with an audible

plop in the sound, then come back on a short time later. Might not be the same as yours, but a firmware upgrade via USB was the solution. In fact I've

got one coming in this week. Think it's due to changes at the TV transmitters. Good luck with it.                        Bruce
