Hi folks - Boards - 17IPS61-3 and 17MB95S-1

Have this one in where cust said set would flash Red and Green at switch on, and stay that way.
Found that if I unplugged and plugged in again set worked normally. Left set so whenever I turned the workshop power on several times a day it came on OK.

Then I pressed S/by and left the set for several days but still plugged in. When I took it out of standby got the continuous Red/Green flashing again, 'till I removed the power then connected again, where it works normally.

Confusing as can't see that firmware would be the cause, and have not yet had capacitor problems on Vestel Led power boards - Any thoughts ? - Thanks - Chris.
