LG60PB690 60" plasma half a picture.

Got an LG 60PB690 in for repair. Was sound with no picture. Replaced the top buffer and screen comes up with a display in the top half and bottom half blank.
Ordered a new bottom buffer thinking mine to be faulty but exactly the same fault with new buffer.

I've never seen it before but has anyone had a faulty ysus board cause this problem ?

Silly, I know, but you have refitted the small flexie between the buffers. Otherwise, only leaves the Y-SUS or panel.

Yes I even metered the flexibility, I did find a safety resistor blown on ysus but replacing that has took me back to original fault of no picture. I've been round ysus with a meter and can't find another fault but have ordered one anyway just to prove a point.
