Hi folks,

Have one where on channel change the sound vanishes. It doesn't mute as OSG shows it should be there.

On turning the set off and on again sound is OK on any pre-selected channel.

Tried Factory reset but problem remains. Curiously if channel is changed one step at a time, sound is OK - Odd one - Any thoughts ? - Chris.

Hi Chris,

A reset doesn't always restore all the options. If you can lay your hands on a service manual, you could then check that all the options for your model are correct.

Otherwise, I don't have a clue.             Bruce
