Hello  I have a CELCUS TV and i need a firmware with USB to reboot !

Note it's a Vestel with 17MB65-1 SSB.

If set doesn't fire up, a USB download is unlikely to help.

Notice Quuq has a file for a Toshiba 40BV701B using the same SSB and includes a link to a USB download - Might be useful - Chris.
