Akura APLDVDYR15668 main boardT.SP7050.2B 9174 dead.

Hi Guy's has anyone got a circuit for this main AV board.I've found a small regulator I.c.U2,which has burnt up,there is a small choke on the o/p which has a short to chassis (L11).
