samsung ps43f4900

call me al:
Hi everyone Have this samsung ps43f4900, not coming on red light blinks slowly .Dicconnected plug feeding from top of power supply ,still blinking ,have checked for shorts but cant find any.Any suggestions vary welcome

PS-ON voltage present? Don't forget some Samsungs require a 'low' to activate psu.

Can the psu be forced on and generate basic voltages?            Bruce
