I reckon sometimes you don't have any luck in getting manuals for 'this and that telly' because there are that many that uses the same boards.... I have had luck in getting schematics for a mainboard or power supply by searching for the board number.

Many a board  may differ from using a different flash programming only, plus they are usually made by one particular company..... Vestel comes to mind which is used in many sets.

May be this explains why there are so many boards the same model but different version numbers, screen size also come into play here.

Thanks for the explanation. I know that Orion is the manufacturer. These products are made in Thailand. Once for the European and Asian market and then for the North and South America market. I have most of the service manuals for Europe. I'm missing for the American market and all research leads me to Orion Sales Inc (Sansui) in America. These modules are installed in Hitachi, Sansui, JVC, RCA and some small brands. What surprised me is that I find some models with service documents and some not. Therefore, I assume that maybe someone has access there somewhere. I hope so. I have contacted several manufacturers to contact Orion Sales Inc, but they are not responding.
