LG 20LS7D Service manual anyone Inverter problem

Hey guys great site here. Im looking for a service manual for a LG 20ls7d.  I think ive got a problem with the inverter board, caps look good but i havent done much testing. Problem is when the tv is powered on the backlight comes on for a second then back off. Have sound and faint picture so its definately a backlight problem. Anyone know what causes this or have the service manual. Thanks in advance.

First thing to check is the inverter transformers depending how many
there is you need to check the windings resistance. check them
against each other to see if one has a high resistance.
I had a LG with a Darfon inverter board with the same fault that was a transformer one of the windings had a high resistance.

Thanks for the fast response.  I have 2 questions on your response. How do i safely discharge the board to avoid shock or damage? If a transformer is bad where could i find a replacement? thanks
