Hi . I know this topic is old , but it seems I have a similar problem . My Toshiba Regza have the same inverter board . It have sound but no picture . When I checked with the flashlight , I could see also the picture . I found the MOSFET 2SK4107 and the 4Ah safety ( I don't know how to say in english )  faulty . I replaced those parts . The tv worked one year . It blow up the same parts a few weeks ago . I replaced them , but after a day they are uneuseful again . What should I check ? What was the problem on the tv you repaired ?
