hi has anyone repaired this tv. sony  kdl-55w805x or got a service manual, the fault, press the power button on remote white light comes on that's it sorry i haven't got the tv yet, thanks for your time

Hi Shaun,

These do come out of standby with a white light, which fades when the TV boots up. I don't have any tips for you, but I'll try to upload the service manual to the quuq library.                                         Bruce

HI if it has an external psu 19.5v I think I had same fault and it turned out to be the external psu and it read 19.5 volts on my
meter It went daft with a load on it

Had one myself, where son gave it to his father as just needing a stand and PSU.

Sorted the PSU to find the screen smashed - Families - Chris.
