Bush 50/211F psu 'kaput'

Got a Bush 50/211F with blown FET because  C100 a 100pF 1KV ceramic capacitor had a hole blown in it..... reminiscence of Philips CRT tellies. The FET in question is a CS4N65B

Anyone repaired this power supply, a MP3618-V50. I can get a MP3618-V50-B.... are they the same?
