sharp lc-a40cf6452eb stuck in k service mode

old tvman:
Hello,this set works ok apart from a yellowbox k lc40cf6452eb on display on top left hand corner,pressing -vol and-ch doesnt get into service menu, can anyone help.

menu 1147 got me into service menu, all is well. Is a BLAUPUNKT MAIN AV BOARD :c017:
