Please help me!

I have problem with a Philips TV, model: 55PFS8159 / 12, chassis QV14.1ELA, Android, mainboard 715RLPCB0000000055. My TV does not work, the st-by LED sometimes flashes. The TV periodically tries to start and immediately extinguishes. There is no image, no tone, no backlight. If we press the joystick command down and hold it for about ten seconds, the backlight appears on the display, but we don’t have any images. What is it doing to me? Gosh, what else can I do? Do you have a solution for this? Maybe I need better software?
