Samsung UE32C4000 - Odd picture.

Hi Folks,

Have one where the picture is dark with regularly spaced horizontal picture lines. Had a T/con feeling but its incorporated with the panel LTF320AP10. Note IC7 a TPS65171 40 pin and IC5 a LAXC021T08-01 64 pin.

Guess changing chips is possible with just top heat, as can't get to both sides  ? - Any thoughts - Chris.
