Hi hope I can get some help tv won't factory reset so how can I root tv or get into android recovery mode please

hi you can try this
unplug from mains
press vol down and power button on tv keep pressed while replugging back in keep pressed for about 20 seconds let go and most android tv,s will go back
to out of box condition
