I had a Panasonic and wanted firmware Panasonic said it's not one of theirs anbd couldent help.... it was a UMC set so upon emailing, they asked me for the serial number and Emailed me the firmware - set working not thanks to Panasonic - ya' just can't win these day's.

Have you considered trying UMC, it's probably on of theirs.
