ucm 32/68g

Hi fella's anyone had this fault before, it's a ucm 32/68g stuck one the installaion menu, can't go down up or sideways the remote sensor is flashing when use the remote,it's a msd 306 68a mainboard thanks

call me al:
try umc send a picture with model and serial no and ask for software update ,they are usually very helpful
