Help on Mitsai model 28dcg200013

Hello,

Thanks in advance for any help or tips that may arise to try to solve this malfunction.

I have a lcd Mitsai model 28dcg200013 that has a white strip at the bottom, with horizontal lists and I think also vertical lists, as images that I send attached

I did some research and can't find anything about this model
Has anyone ever had any identical experience?

sorry, but could you tell me what do you mean by duff panel? is repairable?

does look like faulty lcd panel it could be the t con panel but only way is replacement if lcd panel then expensive
