Help on LCD monitor Asus VW-195D

Hello,

i have this lcd monitor with some strange symptoms, once connected to AC power its starts showing power blue led blinking continually and dont show any image, what could be the problem? i already inspect power board and seems ok, does not have any faulty capacitor.
