Sharp LC32x20E eeprom needed red blink green blink failure

hi there  friends,  Sharp aqous LC32x20e  failure to start, blinking red and green led, all voltage are  ok , common problem on  this set, if  anywhone has this lcd tv before  or  can share eeprom data bin file it  will be greatthank you in advance  big regards!

hi can you get into service mode and check for backlight errors (vol -input ) on set while inserting power plug remove any bcklite errors
unplug and retry
