Blue vertical line, no picture

Please let me know your opinion

Model: Sony KDL 42W650A

Complain showing:

Blue vertical line, no picture when I connect to HDMI port. (FireStick)

When I remove all the cable it showing White colour around the edge of the LCD tv.

Have you tried another HDMI device to prove the issue is with the TV and not the Firestick?

HDMI 1 connected to DTH STB and HDMI 2 - Firestick.

What I notice I cannot see grains in Digital TV/AV mode only black screen and the vertical blue line disappears, also osd menu not showing up both HDMI and Digital TV/AV mode
