philips 55put6400/12

Hi all,have this philips 55put6400/12 it keeps re booting while watching ,have tryed updating the software it says the software is up to date but still cycling back to re boot .Any suggestions very welcome

Hi Al, I don't pretend to be an aficionado on Philips. Don't see many in this neck of the woods and they're all out of China.

However, I've uploaded the 55PUT6400/12 (Q15-2E.LA) service manual to the forum for your perusal. Perhaps something will jump out
