Standby light flashes 5 times, pause, flashes 5 times etc,

What fault code is that telling me?

(trying to determine whether to take this on to repair it or not)

Hi ProDave, Samsung TVs don't have flash error codes - 5 flashes is the normal start-up procedure, so perhaps it's rebooting itself continually. No one can say definitively what might be causing the reboot without further diagnostics.                                             Bruce
