Telefunken tv repair

Hi,
I have a problem with my Telefunken television.
If I connect to power turning on and only changing colors.
Tv modell: Telefunken d48f282n4cw
Source of the problem probably the current fluctuation.
Can you help me how can I resolve this problem?

I have bought a main board and it does same thing.
Is it firmware related?

Stuck in Burn-in mode (display turns red, green, blue, black and white).
Clean LVDS cable at T-CON board side.

I've cleaned all cable with pure aclohol, I've tried with refirmware but didn't help

going to need more info before help ie model number ,serial number, is it led/tubes/plasma ?
try menu 4725 to enter service mode if it comes up look in there to do a factory reset
then set up as out of box new
