SHARP LC40LE240 doesn't power on (green light flashes)

Hello. I have LC40LE240 witch doesn't show any picture.
Panel lights on and power light flashes green
I presume, that firmware is corrupted.
I removed SPI flash chip Winbond 25Q80BV from VESTEL 17MB2-2,5 board and saved memory dump with my SPI programer.
I have firmware for this tv but it can be aplicated with USB conection
Should I erase the chip and try to update via USB?

Try this with Sharp TV. It may work.

Remove the mains plug and plug USB memory stick into USB-1.
Hold down the power button on the TV and reconnect mains. Keep holding the button for 5+ seconds.
After initial start up, it should show the system upgrade screen within 20 to 40 seconds.
