LG 43LJ594V-ZA, turned off.

Power: LGP43DJ-17F1

Fault: No power on the secondary.
I have checked diodes and transistors and they are ok. Resistors are o.k.
Replaced IC101 = SSC3S927, IC601 = SSC2016, still no secondary side voltage
I need the schematic and some repair tips.

is in standby or is it just dead,check ic 101 voltages think pin 1 is the start up  pin if so needs aprox 9v on it to start its output usually high value resisters feed it which can go high ,best to check all pin voltages and let us what they are then might be able to help better
