Hi All Strange fault with this Sony 49xe8004 The surface mounted fuse F2000 is overheating and ends up falling off the board,has anyone came across this Thanks

Correction its not the fuse but the component beside f2000 ,the markings on it are 220 016 041 its a small square part brownish colour and reads a short across it

fix2003:
it will be a cap at a guess 220n 16v ?
