Technika 40G22B switches off and on

Technika 40G22B Tesco wonder telly, switches off and on continually.

You can switch it on, the logo comes up and trips to stand-by, then continually repeats it self.  I'm wondering if it's a firmware issue or the main board.  Anyone know where I can get the firmware?
