Hi fella's how you all doing, sony kdl-46ex524 6 blink error code, can i by pass the protection or is a backlight fault thanks

Hi Shaun the sheep, I hear you guys are roasting over there - time to move to Oz -although the same will happen to us soon, no doubt.
Error code 6 is backlights in LED Sonys. Time to strip the display panel. Far as I know, there's no bypass.                                             Bruce
