philips 32pf5521d/10 Chassis slc4.4.31EAB

Hi Everybody.
Anyone got suggestions?
At switch on sound,but no pic.after four or five presses of the switch, powers up ok! Only happens when cold,and is very intermittent.

Not sure of this model, but check secondary filter caps in low voltage supplies. Try heating it and see if it improves.
