VESTEL 42" LCD EDID PROBLEM \ SCALINIG PROBLEM

moises:
does any one know how to solve the native scaling problem with this TV?
cant get true 1366x768 ,not at vga and not via HDMI (DVI).
is it possible to write new EDID?

this lcd tv is VESTEL MILLENIUM .
mine called GRAETZ GRLCD 42751HD , but it have another names in here.
not sure that every one of them suffer from the same problem like this "GRAETZ".

thanks a lot for every one in here,
you help me to fix the 17pw16-2 power supply , that cause the tv to shut down
(blue led flashing rapidly)
a couple of days ago.
