Planar PDP42B Plasma

Robo:
I have a Planar 42" Plasma Model PDP42B reverting to standby after switch on. All volages appear to be present and correct except the Vs Supply which is missing. I'm guessing its a HT voltage of about 150 volts but i do not have a service manual. Any help would be appreciated .
