power supply failure, Panasonic MX5 chassis

A Panasonic TV set with MX5 chassis came to my workshop for repairs. Initially parts C810- 220mF/400V & C823 -1000mF/160V were blown so also parts Q801-C5241, Q804-C945, Q803, and Q802-D789, optocoupler D840-PC123, D820-SR2K found short.
Now if I replace all parts set becomes on but if set is made to stand by via remote, all the above mentioned transistors & D820 become short & power supply fails again! This has happened quite a few times. Can anybody provide solution for this?

Chopper transformer found faulty with shorted turns.Rplaced with other defective parts! Set become OK! :thumbup:
