LG RZ32LZ50

Hi,
I have a LG Model RZ32LZ50 that has "ragging" on edges of the picture (like a HT smoothing problem on a CRT set) The fault is there on all inputs so I assume it is probably the power supply. Just wondering if anybody has had the fault before.

Just to let you know I solved the problem by replacing the main board part no 3313tp3009b
