HITATCHI NUTRA STAYS ON STANDBY

Hiya all just to say great site you got here right ive got a 36 in crt tv whitch when turned on powers up then it makes clicking noise and stays in standby any help would be great think its a power problem have looked and found 1 dry joint repaired it but no joy  thanks again mick :unknw:

Hi,
try check short's on secondary side of power supply.
