philips 32pf9967 lcd. split screen

i have got this tv and when it is turned on you only get the left half of the screen showing a picture/menu,the right side is completly black(like when the 1/2 button is pressed)sometimes it will show vertical coloured lines apprx 1 pixel wide from top to bottom on the black half.has anyone come across this type of fault.when i go into the sam menu its showing as fault 65,but the service manual hasn't got any info for that fault number,any help appreciated
