32ld9700 Hitachi washed out looking!

I am an engineer working on this set. Anyone help with this one? Self tested ok and I have tried a reset of all values, I wonder if someone else had done that to cause this ? Its an LCD but the fault looks like a crt thats had it's day! Anyone got all the prefered values to use in the settings?

Naughty naughty, u may have to trim the audio scart level.
Otherwise every thing is the same
